I’m César Balcázar, born in 1987 in Colombia, a portrait photographer and fashion creative director with over 15 years of experience. My work has been published in countries like the United States, England, Spain, Russia, Serbia, Croatia, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, and Colombia. I’ve showcased my photography at international events like the 2023 Xposure Festival in Sharjah, UAE, and was nominated for the 2023 Premios Gardel in Argentina for my work on Nicki Nicole’s Alma album cover.

One of the highlights of my career has been collaborating with Esquire Magazine, capturing portraits of renowned figures such as John Travolta, Adrien Brody, Daniel Radcliffe and Joaquin Sabina. Additionally, I’ve photographed other prominent artists and cultural icons for various publications, including J Balvin, Karol G, Juanes, Tainy, Nathy Peluso, Marina Abramović, Olivia Palermo, Nina Garcia, and many others.

I have also had the privilege of working with some of the world’s leading brands, such as Nike, Adidas, Samsonite USA, and L’Oréal, leading creative direction and photography for various innovative projects. As the Head of Brand and Creative Strategy, I develop innovative marketing and PR strategies for fashion brands, ensuring their identity remains cohesive and captivating.
